Please join Oregon Region SCCA for our
2016 Annual Meeting & Road Racing Awards PARTY!
No sit-down dinner or long speeches, just hors d'oeuvres, drinks,
photo booth with crazy costumes, and of course lots of bench racing
and celebrating with friends!
This festive evening will be held at the Embassy Suites- Airport ,
7900 NE 82nd, Portland, on Saturday, November 19th.
Schedule of events:
6:00pm-7:00pm: Registration
6:00pm: Bars are open for purchasing drinks (free soft drinks)
6:00pm-close: Drivers, Chiefs, & Asst Chiefs pick up awards
6:30pm-8:30pm: Hors d’oeuvres provided
7:00pm-9:00pm: Photo Booth open (free)
9:00pm-close: Dessert, coffee
9:00pm-close: Annual meeting & presentation of Perpetual & Special awards.
For $45/person, it's a great deal!
Late Fee of $10 will apply after November 15th! Please register early!!
