Gate Hours:
Friday: Gates open from 3pm - 10pm No Early entry before 3 pm on Friday no exceptions.
Saturday and Sunday: 6am to 10pm
Gate Fee: $15.00 per person for the weekend. Primitive camping is free.
Camping: Primitive Camping with bathrooms and Hot showers available NO HOOKUPS available for the weekend.
Concessions: Will be available both Saturday and Sunday
Event Schedule:
Friday: Early Registration from 5pm-7pm Please register early as this will help us speed things up on Satruday and Sunday Morning with the Race order.
Saturday: Registration from 8-10am, Practice from 9am - 12pm, Riders Meeting at 12:30 First moto at 1pm, Awards approx 45 minutes after the last moto is complete. No Early pick up on Saturday. Join the celebration and cheer on your fellow racers.
*Note* Saturday Practice from 9am - 12pm is an extra $25.00 this also grants you access to practice on any of the other tracks (MX, Arena Cross, Straight Rythem and CC Trails) Throughout the day Saturday. If you do not want to pay the extra 25.00 the last practice session of the day approx 11:30am will be a racers only free practice.
Sunday: Registration from 7:30-9am, Church Service at 8:45am, Riders meeting 9am, Practice 9:15am, Moto 1 starts at 10:30am.

Event requirements
MUST PROVIDE Personal Medical Insurance Company & Policy Number. *AHRMA requires that every participant carry personal health insurance; it is wise to consult your individual carrier for coverage details. Jones Birdsong Insurance offers AHRMA members an affordable Rider Accident Medical Plan, which, under competition situations, may offer better coverage than a person’s general health insurance.
