New Members’ Day

Attention all club members! Join the fun at New Members’ Day to welcome and celebrate our new club members. 

This event is an opportunity for our members to meet the 2023 Board of Directors, the chairpersons and other club members for a buffet dinner-and-learn. The program includes introduction of our board members and club chairpersons about their areas of responsibility.

You'll have free time to discuss individual topics one-one with board members and chairpersons!  

We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort

The We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort introduced its new state-of-the-art casino in October 2020.  The beginning of 2022 saw the debut of the Buffet at We-Ko-Pa Casino Resort. This dining option features authentic dishes from around the world in an ambiance that allows guests to enjoy innovative cuisines at four distinctive global food stations for one all-you-can-eat experience. Choose Between:

1. Amore brings the best of Italy to the Valley with an action Pasta Station and signature Italian dishes such as chicken piccata, spicy Italian sausage, pizza and flatbreads as well as authentic desserts including hand-dipped Gelato bar with a multitude of flavors.
2. Simply Comfort is just that – warm-the-heart comfort foods including items like meatloaf with garlic mashed potatoes, buttermilk breaded fried chicken, braised beef brisket, rosemary garlic roast leg of lamb, honey glazed baked ham, mac and cheese and corn on the cob.
3. Dragon Wok and Noodle offers authentic Asian specialty items including sweet and sour chicken, Hunan beef, authentic Pho station, Wonton soup, Tako salad, assorted daily sushi and chow mein.
4. Las Tapas features Mexican fare including a taco station, fire-grilled fajitas, enchiladas, fiesta chicken salad, Albondigas soup, rice and beans, Mexican flan and rice pudding.

 NOTE - the entire Casino and Buffet are NON-SMOKING

SCHEDULE:

2:30  - 3:00 PM       Social Time

3:00  – 4:00 PM       Introductions & Free time to visit with board members and chairpersons

4:00  – 5:30 PM       Dinner Buffet

5:30 PM                   Adjourn

The event cost is $30.00 per attendee, with some of the costs subsidized by the club.

All new members attending who have joined since our last New Members’ Day (9/17/2022) event will be provided a $30 credit to your MotorsportReg.com account and will be valid until the end of 2023. To receive the credit your attendance must be verified at event check-in
Closing date to register is April 18th at midnight. Attendance is limited to 90 attendees.
