New England Region, SCCA Annual Meeting and Awards Banquet
CELEBRATING NER's 70th ANNIVERSARY
January 5, 2019
THIS REGISTRATION FORM IS FOR THE LUNCHEON AND DINNER - No need to register on-line if you are attending only the Saturday meetings.
Meetings in the morning, 9am - 12 noon, for Solo, Road Racing, Rally/RallyX
The Luncheon honoring Workers is back! Saturday at 12 noon, Deli buffet, cost is $28 per person, plus Children's meal
Annual business meeting starts at 2:00 pm, followed by a Town Hall.
Awards Banquet at 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm
The dinner cost is $40.00 per person. (for Road Racing people, TIPS can be used for both meals). A vegetarian entrée and Children’s meal will be available. Please advise in Registration form for this and any dietetic restrictions.
After Dinner and Awards, 9:30 - ??:??, Live entertainment featuring JP and Friends band, music for dancing! Listen to them at: https://www.gigmasters.com/cover-band/jp-and-friends.

The Radisson Hotel has provided a special room rate for Friday and Saturday nights of $110. per night (plus tax). Please contact the hotel directly no later than Dec. 21 at 603.888.9970 to reserve your room and mention "New England Region, SCCA" for this rate.
Event requirements
The class champions (already notified) for Rally and RallyX also have a no cost payment option and should pre-register for the banquet.
If you choose to use TIPS (club racing workers) or pay by check, they must be received by Friday, December 28, 2018.
Everyone must have a credit card on file when you register online; If you are paying by mail (checks or TIPS) you still need to enter a credit card during registration. If we receive a mail-in payment by the time registration closes, we won't charge the card on file. The card will be processed if check/TIPS payment has not been received by December 28.
If paying online, please make sure you have a valid charge card on file. Credit card payments will not be processed until December 29, 2018.

Dinner choices are either a Chicken entree, a Fish entree, or Vegetarian:
- Boneless Breast of Chicken Francaise Style, Wild Mushroom Marsala, rice, and seasonal vegetable
- Crabcake Topped Haddock w/Creole Mustard Sauce, garlic mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetable
- Vegetarian Lasagna
- Child’s meal, Chicken Fingers & Fries
Luncheon will be a Deli Buffet, and a Child's meal - Pizza
