About this event
The NB Center for American Automotive Heritage
Collection and Workshops Tour
The NB Center is a private foundation focused on preservation, restoration, and education. Its mission is to safeguard the cars, craftsmanship, and stories that defined the American automotive middle market—especially from the early to mid-20th century.
Unlike traditional museums where vehicles sit behind ropes, the philosophy here is simple:
cars are meant to run and be driven.
The main U.S. campus is in Allentown, Pennsylvania, and it’s designed almost like a small automotive village on 27 acres, 14 buildings, and even a drive-in movie theater.
It’s not just for display—the entire site is engineered to keep cars active and in motion, which is rare among collections. NB Center is not open to the public but does invite car clubs. PCA Chesapeake has been invited to tour the facilities on July 24th. It is approximately 3 hours away, so think of it as a Tech Tactics East type event and drive up and back same day or spend the night. This is a very exciting opportunity. Checkout their website.
