Volunteer Registration for
NASCC Ice Race Weekend #3 - March 14 & 15, 2026
A WCMA.ca Sanctioned Event
The event will take place between 8:30am and 5:00pm both days. Please arrive early enough to help with track set up.
A modified schedule will be develped this week, to incorporate race school students on Saturday morning, and racing thereafter. The schedule will be circulated when available.
Lunch will be provided both days for the volunteers from the BBQ.
Please email Chef Jim, ve6wtb@shaw.ca, and indicate what you would like for lunch for both days from the following list:
Hamburger, Cheeseburger, Smokie, Chicken Burger, Veggie Burger
Pop & Water will be supplied
All volunteers must have their annual WCMA issued ID. Please apply on MSR or email sue@somedaysoon.ca
