Welcome to the 5th edition of the Targa Baja California 2018 !

Each year we tweak our program a little to provide a fun environment for our sports car enthusiast friends to enjoy a non competitive road tour

On the weekend of October 31st- November 4th, the Targa California organization in partnership with Happy Discover of Ensenada, will be hosting the Targa Baja California.

Four days of driving great roads, starting in California and then exploring, enjoying the treats of the Mexican Riviera.

Then the Federales ( Policia Federal de Los Caminos) will provide escort for our drive to La Rumorosa (an incredible elevation change road that has more twists and turns than you can imagine) A “lap†of La Rumorosa followed by a lunch stop . After lunch, great roads all the way to Ensenada for the night.

A special treat this year, will be a night run over the Tijuana Libre road north to a beach side resort for dinner ! This road is so much fun to drive in the day, so adding this dimension to it will be even more

November 3rd Saturday. Drive south from Ensenada to the national Observatorio Pedro San Martir. From near sea level to 9000 ft, this road is a challenge to navigate with the view from the top where you can see both the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean. Lunch will be served . Drive back to Ensenada for an open evening.

November 4th, Sunday.  Ensenada to USA:  Farewell breakfast with fun awards. Then drive back up the toll road to Tijuana
