Open track day for advanced HPDE drivers (HPDE3/HPDE4) , TT drivers and racers

Camping will be available from Thursday at 7pm.

Full day $575 Half Day $375

Morning session 9am- 12pm

Lunch 12pm-1pm

Afternoon session: 1pm- 6pm

7am Registration sign in for full day, 11am for afternoon only session.

The event is run rain or shine, and will only be cancelled if track manager decides facility is unusable due to weather conditions. 

You will receive a receipt upon checkout. Detailed info and schedule will be emailed 7-10 days before event.

You may choose a car number when you register and we will notify you if it needs to change. 2 or 3 digit numbers are better choices. Numbers can be done in tape or we sell adhesive numbers at registration. Numbers must be 7 inches in size or larger. 

Gates open at 7pm Friday, registration for the morning session is 7am and for the afternoon session at 12pm.

Camping is free but there is a charge for electric. It must be purchased upon arrival through the online app Clear Token App. There is no fee for the app and

directions are posted on each box.

CANCELLATION POLICY: HPDE/Time Trial/Open Track: Full refund less $50.00 processing fee, with at least 1 week notice prior to the event start date. Cancellations received up to 72 hrs before the start of the event will receive a credit towards another event this season. Under 72 hrs no credit is available. 

Race Groups: Fees are fully refundable, less a $50 processing fee, provided that you registered at least 12 days in advance and you notify your NASA region within 3 days following the missed event. No partial refunds allowed. This policy does not apply to special events. Once the car hits the track all fees are non refundable.
