I have had to pay a $880.00 deposit for our reservations to the Grand Old Opry and Ryman Auditorium. The Grand Old Opry has informed me that our cut off date to get reservations is April 6th. If we sell out our 50 seats for the Grand Old Opry and spaces for The Ryman Tour great, If we don't I will receive a refund for unsold tickets or seats. If you register after the cut off date the Ryman and Grand Old Opry events will not be available.
If you would like to tour the Ryman Auditorium on Friday or attend the Grand Old Opry on Saturday night after April 6th, you will have to order these tickets on your own.
Ryman Tours: https://ryman.com/tours/

Therefore, I will have to close registration for these two events on April 6th and provide the exact numbers of attendees for both venues to the Opry group sales in order to receive a refund for unsold tickets. After this date individuals wishing to participate in this weekend event can register for the events but will be limited to the Lane Museum, the Hermitage, the Saturday Drive and the Saturday Dinner.
One other reminder the Hotel Room Rate closes on April 14th. After this date the hotel will not guarantee our discounted $149.00 room rate.
Here’s a preview of some of the weekend events, on Friday morning enjoy a Private Tour of The Historic Ryman Auditorium, then tour the historic Hermitage, seventh President Andrew Jackson’s home and end the day with a tour of the Lane Motor Museum.
On Saturday start the day with a drive with members of the Nashville section along scenic roads starting Brentwood and ending in Franklin, Lunch will be at Circa restaurant. After lunch be sure to take time to explore the historic and scenic downtown of Franklin. Make sure to head back to the hotel early enough and prepare for the evening with a group dinner at Dinner at a the fabulous Bavarian Bierhaus, and end the day with an evening at the the Grand Old Opry.
After breakfast Sunday feel free to head home or stay on to see a few more of the Nashville sites or stay an additional day to explore a bit longer in Nashville. If you head home on Interstate 24 you could make a side trip to Lynchburg, TN, to the Jack Daniel's Distillery and tour how Tennessee sipping whiskey is made.
