NEWS FLASH 3/1/2012 - We have relaxed our previous policy, and we are now offering one-day entries for both Saturday and Sunday! If anyone who entered the event prior to this change now wishes to change their entry, please call our office at 702-614-6108 weekdays and we will make that change for you, with a refund or credit given if your new total is lower.
Other policies have also been loosened! Rookies (First-timers) can now enter for either day or both days, and we will also now accept new entries on race day at the track.
Standard 2-day Entry Package, covers one vehicle and one driver or rider, includes one Speed Certificate and one Saturday morning reserved grid spot - $349 if completed by April 27
Standard Saturday-Only Entry Package, covers one vehicle and one driver or rider, includes one Speed Certificate - $199 if completed by April 27
Standard Sunday-Only Entry Package, covers one vehicle and one driver or rider, includes one Speed Certificate - $199 if completed by April 27
Fee to enter an extra driver or rider (without a vehicle) for both days (does not have to be assigned to a particular vehicle; includes a speed certificate) $289 by April 27th.
Fee to enter an extra driver or rider (without a vehicle) for Saturday or Sunday only (does not have to be assigned to a particular vehicle; includes a speed certificate) $149 by April 27th.
Extra-driver entries must be submitted as a separate online entry under the name of the extra driver.
After April 27 a late charge of $25 applies to all the above items.
Fee to add on an extra vehicle (only the vehicle, no driver) to your package entry - $99 - limited to one extra vehicle per entry package - must be the same vehicle type (bike or car)
Reserved grid spot not included with one-day packages, extra drivers or extra vehicle add-ons.
It is possible to upgrade a one-day entry package or driver to two days - call or email us, we will make the change and you will simply pay the difference in price. Late charge may apply after 4/27.
If you intend to both drive a car and ride a bike in this event, that is a special extra-cost situation that needs to handled manually. Please call us at 702-614-6108 and we'll get you taken care of.
Event requirements
Entry is limited to 150 participants. Open to both cars and motorcycles. Licensed drivers only. Motorcycle riders must have a motorcycle endorsement on their license. Minimum age 18. Basic safety equipment (belts, helmet, proper clothing, etc.) is required. 3-point OEM-type belts minimum for cars. All motorcycle riders must wear full racing leathers and a full face helmet. Helmets that are only rated DOT, with no other rating, are not allowed. Snell-rated helmets (SA and M) older than 2005 are not allowed. All vehicles must be in good condition with good tires that are at least S rated (hopefully higher!) and manufactured in 2006 or later (i.e., the 4-digit sidewall date code must end in 06 or higher). Graduated speed limits apply to each entry, based on safety equipment, tire ratings, and prior race experience. Other restrictions apply.
