Pricing Per Day:
Member Pre-Registration (to be completed 7 days prior to close of registration) $329
Non-Member Pre-Registration (to be completed 10 days prior to close of registration) $379
Open track 4-6PM (If available - SEE REGISTRATION PAGE) $235

Late Registration Fee (Registration inside 10 days to the event start, or 7 days for Members) $55

Cancelation Insurance: $33/day allows a 50% Credit for Non-Member Cancelations. Current 2022 Members will receive a 90% credit - Please read the cancelation policy carefully
Members will receive a $20 Early Registration Discount if they sign up 30 days or more from the start of an event
Cancelation Policy
If you cannot make an event you registered for, you are free to sell your spot to another qualified student. We will not sell the spot for you, or get involved in any way if there was no insurance purchased. No refunds will be given, no exceptions. Cancelation Insurance (CI) is available for $33 per day. This will allow you to take a 50% credit for Non-Members, or a 90% credit for Members minus the CI fee and any late registration fee if you need to cancel. CI cancelations must be emailed to moe@moehpde.com or made in person by 9AM the morning of the event. Turning a wheel on track constitutes the use of a day, and no claims will be honored after that point. CI must be purchased at the time of registration. No call/No shows will not be refunded or credited for any reason. There can be no exception to any of the above policies. If you are unsure if you can make an event, do not drive in the rain, or are worried about mechanicals, buy Cancelation Insurance!

SNELL 2015 OR EQUIVALENT HELMET - NO EXCEPTIONS
RACE HARNESSES MUST HAVE TAGS AND BE CURRENT
TUBE FRAME OR NON-PRODUCTION RACE CAR DRIVERS MUST WEAR FIRE SUITS
Driver floor mats and all loose items must be removed from inside the car and trunk
Tires, brake pads, and rotors will be safety inspected
Fluids should be topped off and clean
Have your numbers on the car when you come to tech
