Detroit Region SCCA's June Sunday Funday RX Test & Tune presented by Gearhead Homes, Accelerated Kontrol Dynamics, and Kraken Concepts Racing will take place on Sunday, June 28th at Auto City Speedway in Clio, MI.
These "Sunday Funday" events will be a Test & Tune format hosted on the "small" field at Auto City Speedway. They are intended to bring in new participants who want to try the sport for the first time in a low-stress environment. SCCA members and non-members are welcome, and anyone who registers as a co-driver for this event will receive a discounted entry.
There will be two groups of drivers at this event. Each group will be given two heats and each heat will last approximately 45 minutes. As is the norm for RallyCross events, when you are not driving in your heat, you will be working your assignment. Event check in and Tech Inspection will be located in the paddock.
Event Schedule:
Event check in & Tech open: 11:00 am
Novice meeting: 11:30 am
Registration & Tech close: 12:00 pm
Run Group one cars to grid: 12:00 pm
Mandatory drivers meeting: 12:15 pm
First car starts: 12:30 pm
Event ends: 4:30 pm
