About this event
Arriving early for the Fall Meetings? Join us for the ICSCC Hospitality Meet & Greet on Thursday, November 13, from 6:00 PM to 10:00 PM in the hotel lounge.
This long-standing Conference tradition is the perfect way to kick off the weekend. Catch up with old friends, make new connections, share stories from the season, and help celebrate another successful year of racing while looking ahead to the exciting plans for next season.
Whether you're a driver, volunteer, crew member, official, family member, or friend of Conference, you're invited. Everyone is welcome!
As with all Fall Meeting events, you'll find everything from business attire to jeans and a racing hoodie (or maybe a bit of plaid). There is no dress code, so come as you are and enjoy the evening.
Have a special request, need assistance, or just have a question? Reach out to ICSCC President Brian Anderson, who will be happy to help.
We look forward to seeing you there and starting the weekend together!
