Join us on Saturday, September 23, 2023 for this charitable outreach event to raise funds for Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee. With your participation, PCA-MKE will make a positive impact on reducing hunger in Milwaukee. Plan to meet at 8:30 AM at the Hunger Task Force farm located at 9000 South 68th Street in Franklin. Coffee and donuts will be available as you check in. After checking in, we'll engage in small tasks (such as apple picking) from about 9:00 AM to noon. We'll be given a tour of the farm in HTF's tractor-pulled wagon, and lunch will be provided.
Important; Please Read! The benefactor of this event is our selected charity, Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee. Accordingly, we are requesting a minimum $50 donation per car for this event. However, feel free to donate more if you like. Please bring a check made out to Hunger Task Force of Milwaukee when you arrive on site. If you want to contribute, but are unable to attend, please mail your check to Hunger Task Force, 5000 W Electric Avenue, West Milwaukee, WI 53219. Please note, "Donation through PCA-MKE," on the memo line.
Box lunches will be provided by PCA-MKE at no cost to participants. You may choose from the following 3 sandwich options when you register:
