Spring is finally here, and it’s time for the first HDC Detroit Chapter drive of 2026! Get your cars tuned, polished, and ready for a scenic tour of some of Southeast Michigan’s best driving roads.

We’ll kick things off with coffee and conversation at Java House in South Lyon. At 10:30 AM, we’ll organize the group and set out on a route that includes part of the famous Car & Driver 10 Best driving loop!

After the drive, we’ll gather at member David Lau’s garage and studio (Brookwood Studio) for pizza, soft drinks, and even more car talk. David will be showing off some of his amazing vehicles, so bring your family, friends, and anyone who loves cars!

This event will go on rain or shine, so dress accordingly. Please bring a camp chair for yourself and any guests to ensure enough seating at the garage. Pizza and drinks will be provided, and if you’d like to bring an extra snack or treat to share, feel free!
