We’ll kick things off with an early morning meetup at Zakary’s for coffee and breakfast before heading toward the Blue Ridge Parkway. Taking the interstate, we’ll make our way to a convenient first fuel and rest stop just minutes from the Parkway entrance.

From there, we’ll drive what’s widely considered the best section of the Blue Ridge Parkway, featuring scenic overlooks, multiple tunnels, and stunning mountain views. Highlights include a stop at the highest point on the Parkway and one of its most popular viewpoints.

After reaching the North Carolina terminus in Cherokee, we’ll continue onto the Great Smoky Mountains Parkway into Tennessee. To wrap up the day, there will be options to stop at a local distillery and/or grab lunch nearby.

The route is planned with comfort in mind, including pit stops approximately every 90 minutes so everyone has plenty of chances to stretch, refuel, grab snacks, and take care of any needs along the way.
