Saturday, April 11th // 6:00 AM - 5:30 PM

This will be our first Run of 2026 we have done this route and is absolutely a great drive with breath taking scenery. This is NOT a RACE but more of a casual run.

Below is the planned route after the meetup the times are approximate.

421 The Snake, 2 Fuel Stops, and Optional POI Stop at the Shady Valley Country Store

Lunch & Distillery Stops 11:30am-1:30pm
Pine Mountain Grill & Gifts, 45 US-119, Whitesburg, KY 41858
Kentucky Mist Distillery - Whitesburg, 128 E Main St, Whitesburg, KY 41858
(Group can visit Distillery and Grab Lunch at their Leisure)

Regroup at the fuel stop (1:30pm) and then depart.

POI Stop:
Dragonslayer Welcome Center and Gift Shop, 7 E Main St, Lynch, KY 40855
Anyone who needs to head back early is encouraged to depart from here. This will allow them to do the Dragon Slayer 160 with the group and then split off when their GPS routes them home (at this point, completing 160 is the main route to go home).

Dragon Slayer 160, VA/TN 70, TN 66, and TN 31 with 1 Pit Stop

End Event/Final Pit Stop at 5:30pm

Roughly 2.5-3 hour drive back to the greater Charlotte area.

The VA/TN 70, TN 66, and TN 31 are too much fun to pass up.

Even though this is a days run participants can join or leave at any of the stops mentioned above depending on their schedules. Feel free to contact me during the run to get time related info to coordinate and meetups not at the start.
