GVC Annual Meeting and Casino Night
The Annual Meeting features a festive evening of entertaining
Las Vegas-style gaming, silent and live auctions,
and the election of Chapter officers.

Have no fear if you are unsure of gaming rules. Professional dealers from Upstate Vegas Events will be on hand to assist you while you play, and to guarantee that you have an unforgettable "Casino Royale" evening. Unlike Las Vegas, however, no real money is won or lost. You will be eligible to win prizes when gaming closes by exchanging casino winnings (chips) for raffle tickets. Every $100 in chips earned at the Casino buys you a raffle ticket for door prizes.

Attire: Business Casual
Cost: $100 per couple
$60 for a single
Includes 1 drink ticket and $100 worth of gambling chips per person
Additional lots of $500 in chips may be purchased for $20.00.
Cash or check collected at door for chips and auction items. We will not be able to process credit cards at the event. Payment for auction items will be due that evening.
Elections: Ballots will be available at the Annual Meeting for this year's election of GVC BMW CCA Officers. Votes may be cast beforehand on our website, beginning on March 1, 2015 and ending March 28. See GVC BMW CCA website for candidate bios and other election details.
Silent Auction: We are looking for donations of items for our silent auction. These don't have to be car-related. We're sure most of you have things taking up space around the house that you might like to donate, such as appliances you don't use anymore, a bottle of wine or spirits that doesn't suit your palate, or something you inherited from Aunt Tilly that you will never use.

Event requirements
The Annual Meeting is open to GVC members and invited guests. Only GVC members and associate members in good standing are eligible to vote in the Board of Directors election.
