About this event
Grab Bag Rally will be a straight-forward Time-Speed-Distance rally of approximately 140 miles. A mix of formats will be used for the route instructions! This rally is well suited for inexperienced as well as veteran rallyists. Grab Bag will start and end in Concord, New Hampshire and wind its way over scenic New Hampshire back roads. Paved and unpaved roads are utilized. The rally is hosted by the New England Region of the Sports Car Club of America (NER/SCCA).
On-line registration closes on 11/3. There will not be walk in registrations.
This event is not a race and all speeds are within posted speed limits. This rally may not be suitable for all cars, especially lowered/slammed cars. Paved and unpaved roads are used; snow, mud, etc may happen in early October. Plan accordingly.
This rally will utilize the Richta Competitor app for scoring. This is a GPS based system run on a phone or tablet.

Non-Members: $55 (Neither team member is an SCCA memeber)

Event requirements
All vehicles must have an Auto Insurance Policy with Liability Limits of not less than $20,000/$40,000/$10,000 in force.

THIS EVENT WILL BE CONDUCTED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE 2007 NER-SCCA RALLY REGULATION. THE ENTRANT WARRANTS THAT AN AUTO INSURANCE POLICY WITH LIABILITY LIMITS OF NOT LESS THAN $20,000/$40,000/$10,000 IS IN FORCE FOR EACH VEHICLE ENTERED. IN SIGNING THIS FORM, I AGREE TO ABIDE BY ALL THE REGULATIONS AND DECISIONS OF THE RALLY COMMITTEE. IF EITHER THE DRIVER OR NAVIGATOR IS UNDER 18, A MINOR RELEASE FORM MUST BE OBTAINED AND SIGNED BY BOTH PARENTS IN THE PRESENCE OF THE REGISTAR OR A NOTARY PUBLIC.
In order for any person under the age of 18 to participate, a Minor Waiver form, MS-2A, must be on file with the Region. If you have not filed one and intend on bringing a minor, this must be filled out prior to the event.
