Driver's Education and Zone 8 Time Trial on the INFIELD at the AUTO CLUB SPEEDWAY IN FONTANA, CA
DE $125.00 with Time Trial add $25.00 if eligible
Novices Eligible for Driver's Education (DE) and MUST attend a Mandatory Ground School Early Friday Evening at the Event Hotel very close to the track
Transponder Rental - $30.00 required by Time Trial drivers

DRIVER'S EDUCATION AND ZONE 8 TIME TRIAL - NOVICES WELCOME FOR DRIVER'S EDUCATION (DE) MUST ATTEND GROUND SCHOOL FRIDAY EARLY EVENING AT EVENT HOTEL
DE - continuous laps with limited passing - entrants are placed in run groups from novice to experienced
The goal of the PCA's Driver's Education Program is to provide a safe and structured learning environment where participants can improve their driving abilities and acquire a better understanding of their vehicle dynamics and driving safety.
Time Trial entrants must hold a PCA Zone 8 Solo Competition Permit or equivalent. These can be obtained by submitting your filled-out Driver's Log Book to the Chief Driving Instructor of your Region. See PCA Zone8 Rules for complete details. http://www.zone8.org/events/rules/current.php
Classify your car for competition with this simple online tool. It is easy, it's fun, and you can download a filled out tech form for every future PCA Zone 8 driving event right from your car profile page. Just go to the menu, register, and begin entering your car details. It is also an easy way to test how changes in modifications or tires might affect your competition class.
