The GGC BMW CCA Summer Picnic and Drive event returns! You may attend only the picnic as the drive may fill quickly. The picnic will be at the picturesque Huddart Park in Woodside overlooking acres of natural park land and redwood trees. We have a dedicated area with parking and covered tables. An optional scenic drive out to the coast will take place in the morning, ending at the picnic location.

The BBQ fee is $35 per person.  The driving tour is free but does require completing the registration form here. Our chapter will pick up the $6-per-car parking fee at Huddart so please let them know you're with GGC BMW CCA when you pull in. The picnic starts at 12p. Pets and smoking are prohibited per park regulations. 

The BBQ willl be catered by Armadillo Willy's Texas BBQ restaurant. A sample menu includes:

• Baby back ribs and brisket (Veggie options include grilled portobello mushrooms or BOCA bugers)
• Spicy peanut coleslaw, white cheddar mac & cheese, caesar salad
• Chips and guacamole
• Cookies and brownies

A small selection of Thomas Fogarty wines will be provided, courtesy of the chapter, along with water and soda.    

This is a great introductory event for first-time club participants and is also one of our most popular events of the year. All you need is your car and a full tank of gas if participating in the driving tour.

Driving Tour Option

Due to a large number of cars participating in our driving tours, we're are limited to ~50 cars that will be divided into smaller groups. After you register for the tour, you'll receive tour details a few days before the event regarding the route, meet-up location and time.

If you've tried to sign up after the limit has been reached, the system will generate an automatic waiting list. If you need to cancel, please let us know so that someone else can take your place. No refunds after July 25.

Please note that everyone in your vehicle must sign the waiver! If you're bringing a minor under 18, you must sign a minor waiver for them.  If you are a licensed driver under 18 years old driving with us without a guardian present, please contact the registrars in advance so we can send you a waiver to sign and bring to the event.
