Practice and testing days exclusive to Gasoline Alley tenants are posted no less than two weeks in advance. The cost will be $225 per Tenant’s car housed in leased premises with a maximum of 50 cars. Tenants may bring other people - “guests” - to drive their own cars at practice and testing days for $325 per car, still subject to 50-car limit.

NOTE: A guest is: a) A driver invited by a Tenant to participate in a Practice and Test day and the invited driver does not keep the car to be driven at Gasoline Alley, and/or b) a driver keeping a car within a Tenant’s space at Gasoline Alley when said Tenant does not run a commercial business at Gasoline Alley and there is no sublease agreement between the Tenant and the invited driver. If there is a sublease agreement in which another driver pays the Tenant to keep a car at the Tenant’s space, neither party shall be considered a guest.
Customers of Tenants operating viable commercial businesses at Gasoline Alley shall not pay the higher guest fee if the customer drives a car that is kept and maintained at Gasoline Alley by the Tenant’s business.
