FRIDAY NOVEMBER 6, 2026
5:00 to 8:00PM (Pinion Grill Terrace)
- 🧑🤝🧑 Social Opportunity
- A no-host bar social gathering will convene around 5PM Friday. Anyone is welcome to join
- Great food (dinner on your own)
- Let's talk Porsches!
SATURDAY NOVEMBER 7, 2026
9:00 am - 3:00 PM
- Concours d’Elegance - (Front Lawn)
- Porsche car show with both Judged and Display catagories for all Porsche types & years
- PCA National Emcee Mark Shevitz to call the event, and present all Awards for Concours Divisions & Classes, Juniors Choice, Peoples Choice and Chairmans Choice
- 🍩 Morning Treats - Coffee, tea, donuts, water station(s), goodies all day for participants and spectators
- 🎪 Large Shade Tents will be setup for participants and spectators
- All cars will be parked on grass, arranged by Division:

- Concours Participant Cost: $55 for judged, $35 for Display (not-judged)
- Spectators: FREE

Plated Lunch - (Superstition Ballroom)
- Italian Buffet
- Caesar salad, Chicken Marsella, Baked Ziti, Pesto Grilled Salmon, Italian Sausage w/peppers & onions, Parmesan Herb Risotto, Italian vegetables, Italian focaccia breads, assorted cheesecakes
- Lunch Cost: $50 per member

Event requirements
- Registration for Phoenix Flight 48 closes at 08:00AM on October 30, 2026.
- Your registration status will be confirmed by email. Payment is by credit card only and will be billed at the close of registration.
- You may cancel or change your registration selections up to close of registration.
Registration steps on MotorsportReg.com:
- Complete your personal and car information during the MotorsportReg.com login process (you can log in with the same account that you may have used previously).
- Select options to enter your Porsche in the Concours d'Elegance, in a judged category or Display only (not-judged). Be sure to read all explanatory notes to ensure your registration is accurate.
- Select options to attend the Saturday lunch & awards.
- Select options to purchase event apparel.
- Make your payment (your credit card will not be charged until registration closes).
