• Anyone that has not signed the waivers will not be allowed entrance to the facility.

• Before you can register for the race weekend, you must have a current EMRA membership and race license.
• Membership and License can be renewed here:

• When you select an entry, you must associate it to a bike.
• You must enter the bike details and transponder number.
• You can choose Novice, Intermediate, or Expert according to your license, and add each race you want to enter under that. As long as you have already set up a "vehicle", your race number should be populated automatically.

• When you choose your first race of Novice Open, the $100 fee includes both your two novice races for that day.
• Do NOT select a second race for that day.

• Parking is limited, please bring the smallest trailer you can.
• Please see the parking map for location of general pit areas and parking, and large trailer / RV parking.
• Parking map can be found at the bottom of the page here: Racers – EMRA
• Staying overnight on Friday and Saturday night is permitted but must be in a self contained trailer/RV with shower/bathroom facilities. No tenting, no sleeping in cars/vans.
• Please respect the directions of EMRA  officials when parking.

TRANSPONDERS Transponders are required for ALL racers.
If you are RENTING a transponder:
• If you do not own a transponder, you will be required to check the Transponder Rental option.
• Check in with registration for transponder rental pick up and return.
• If you rent a transponder, make sure to return it at the end of the weekend, and retrieve your Drivers License/Car Keys.

If you OWN a transponder:
• It is the racer's responsibility to ensure their transponder is charged and functioning. Make sure to charge your transponder and check for any updates before the weekend. If it does not have power or work properly you will not get lap times or race results!

• A NEW Medical Data Carrier is required each year.
• They must be purchased with your race registration.
• They can be picked up at tech inspection at the track.

• Racers who are wearing air vests may receive a refund on their second race EVERY ROUND. (up to $30 value per round)
• To qualify for this safety incentive: during tech inspection racers must prove they have an air vest that
   — meets FIM standard,
   — has not deployed, and
   — is in good functioning condition.
• Any racers found to be claiming this credit for an ineligible vest, or not wearing their eligible air vest during their races will be disqualified from the entire race round.
• ($30 credit will be applied to your MSR account after the race round, or a refund may be given upon request)

If you run into problems during the registration process, email for help, we will reply as soon as possible.
