DIVISIONAL RALLY QUALIFYING FOR SCCA NATIONAL POINTS
ATTENTION: DISCOUNTED FEE FOR NOVICE TEAMS
The TWILIGHT TOUR is a fun late afternoon through evening Tme-Speed-Distance (TSD) SCCA RoadRally run under SCCA Tour Rally rules. It is designed to be a straight-forward and beginner friendly competition with no tricky traps or complicated instructions.
- ~180 miles of scenic driving, mostly on unpaved roads across Washtenaw, Jackson, Lenawee, and Monroe counties
- All GPS passage controls using Richta app
- Novice teams are welcome and encouraged! (less than 6 combined rallies between team members). Novice teams will be provided with helpful information in the route instruction booklet. Do not be overwhelmed!

Prior to the rally, all the checkpoint information (locations by Latitude and Longitude and the correct arrival times) is loaded onto the internet by the rally master. People who register for the rally are given a car number and the password for the app. Each Rally Team then goes to the site and downloads the information for their car. The contestants will NOT be able to view Rally Master information. During the rally, when each car reaches a checkpoint, the contestant’s device will signal a checkpoint has been reached with a “bing-bong” sound. The device will then display your time entered and your score and say “early” or “late”. Your total score for the rally to that point will also be displayed.

Pre-registration is required for this event. General Instructions that explain more details about how the rally works will be emailed to all registered contestants prior to the event.

Entry Fees: $70 per Team (SCCA members)
$45 per team – NEW Novice Special!
Perfect if you’re new to rallying.
$25 per weekend membership (one per car if either teammate
isn't a SCCA member.)
Bonus: $15 of the weekend membership can be applied toward
FIRST SCCA annual membership if you join within 30 days.

Event requirements
ATTENTION! the “Competitor App” must be the only app open on that device, everything else must be closed or it may not detect a checkpoint. If you intend to use a TSD rally app to do your calculations, you will need it installed on a different device.
Please read the following carefully and register to compete in the appropriate equipment class.
S -Stock Class - You may not use any external odometer or a GPS-based odometer app on a phone or tablet device. You must manually enter mileage into the app using the app’s mileage input function.
L - Limited Class – Your mileage can come from any odometer, and you must manually enter mileage into the app using the app’s mileage input function.
G - GPS Class - You may choose to use a TSD rally computer app on your phone or tablet that automatically accumulates mileage based upon input from the device’s internal GPS, or from a separate third-party GPS receiver, but not from a driven wheel.
E - Equipped Class – Has no restrictions.
N - Novice Class - Requirements are identical to Stock class. To qualify as a Novice class competitor (driver and navigator, combined, have competed in six or fewer rallies).

If you are registering yourself for the first time, and you will be paying for the event entry, please choose Option 1 on the order form and follow the prompts.
If you are registering as a co-entrant and your partner has already registered, please choose Option 2 on the order form.
If you do not already have a MotorsportReg.com account, click the 'Create New Account' button below. You will be asked to input your member number and Region of Record. This is your SCCA Membership number and home region. You must have this information in your user profile to avoid needing a weekend membership for this event. (Also, make sure your MotorsportReg.com user name matches exactly as it appears on your SCCA Membership card... otherwise, the member verification process will not validate your membership.)
