Vendors must be in compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws and permitting requirements

Vendor space(s)
- will be assigned
- one vehicle per space assigned
NOTE: Exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.
Vendor area Requirements:
- Tents, canopies, umbrellas, and signs MUST be adequately secured
- Weights on all equipment of no less than 25 pounds per leg.
- must be secured in a manner that does not create its own safety hazard
- not cause a tripping hazard
- be tethered with lines that are clearly visible
- have soft edges to avoid causing cuts and scrapes
- be securely attached or strapped to the base of the canopy legs
- be on the ground, NOT above people’s heads or allowed to swing freely.
- Acceptable weights include:
- Fillable canopy weight bags, Eurmax leg weights, flat tailgater canopy weights
- If the ground conditions permit, 6-inch spikes may be used to anchor each canopy leg
- Filling containers with sand/cement that can be anchored or secured with a rope or bungee; these include canvas bags or plastic buckets/containers that have a handle through which a rope or bungee can be secured.
- PVC pipe capped and filled with cement must be securely strapped to the inside of canopy poles in a way that it does not collide with customers or create a hazard
- UNacceptable
- Gallon of water jugs: These are not heavy enough for large gusts of wind
- Tying tents, canopies of umbrellas to tables, coolers, or vehicles
- Acceptable weights include:
Vendors are solely responsible for any injury to persons or damage to property caused by Vendor’s equipment.
Vendors will furnish their own:
- tent, tables, chairs, legally inspected scales for weighing, display arrangements, advertisement or display signs, generator if needed
- Electricity will not be provided by SPMP/SPTF
- Outlets may be available in your area HOW TO TURN ELECTRIC ON
Compliance
- dress appropriately; shoes and shirts are required.
- post signs detailing the products for sale and their prices.
- maintain a clean and sanitary vending area
- supervise all minors with you, and not allow any children under 16 years old to wander the area without a parent or guardian
- remain in assigned vending area when selling products
- conduct sales in an orderly business manner.
- shouting and other objectionable means of soliciting trade are prohibited.
- conduct business from inside the vendors’ own space.
- must NOT solicit customers outside their assigned space.
- pick up any trash that accumulates at or around their stall throughout the day—including perishable items.
Upon arrival in the paddock, check in with the Registrar for your assigned location
- Vendors should be in their assigned space, set-up, ready to sell, no later than 30 minutes before the start of the Event
- Vendor Load-in time begins (the night before @6p) 7:00 a.m. and set-up should be completed by 8:30 a.m., plan accordingly
- Vendors can continue to sell after the the event ends if customers are present so long as the Vendor begins cleaning up at closing time
- Vendor must remove all equipment and TRASH from vending area at the close of the Event
- Vendor must be out of the vending space 2 hours after closing time of event.
NOTE: If a Vendor must leave early due to an emergency, they are required to notify the registrar and use extra caution in break-down to ensure the safety of other Vendors and customers.
NON COMPLIANCE MAY RESULT IN VENDOR BEING DISMISSED FROM THE EVENT WITH NO REFUND OF ANY FEES

7:00 am - 8:30a am - (Vendors -you may load in the night before)
9:00 am Gates Open
9:00 am - 12:00 pm - Car Roll-in/set-up
12:00 pm- 4:00 pm TRUNK OR TREAT for the "Little Ones"
11:00 am - 12:00 pm - QUIET HOUR
1:00 pm - Car Show Begins
2:00 pm - Judging Begins
2:30 pm LIMBO LINE-UP
a car-sized limbo set will be made and cars will go one by one under the pole, with any car who knocks it out of place becoming eliminated.
Last car standing wins.
3:00 pm CAR LIMBO BEGINS
5:00 pm 2 Step LINE-UP
5:30 pm 2 STEP Begins
2 cars at a time compete, & the car that has the loudest response from the crowd stays while the other car is eliminated.
