Event requirements

These events are conducted in accordance with Cascade Sports Car Club’s Road Rally Rules and in compliance with the Cascade Geargrinders Coronavirus Message.

Online registration is required. Day-of-event on-site registration is not available.

All communication about the rally occurs via email. Watch for emails and respond promptly.

After completing online registration by the March 15 midnight deadline, you will receive instructions to complete the virtual check-in on Thursday the 16th. You’ll need to register your assigned car number in the Competitor Richta app, e-sign the required event insurance waivers, and confirm your team’s registration information.

Each entry team must carry a smart device (e.g., cell phone or tablet) running the most current version of the Competitor Richta GPS Checkpoints app. Instructions for downloading and using the Richta app will be provided as part of check-in.

All occupants of the vehicle registered for this event - driver, navigator, passengers - must e-sign the required event insurance waiver. The link to e-sign the waiver will be provided as part of check-in. For occupants under age 18, a parent or legal guardian must e-sign “on behalf of a minor”.

After you’ve completed these check-in steps, you’ll receive the route instructions on Friday. You will need to print them. Friday evening at 7 pm there will be a Zoom Q&A meeting.

On Saturday morning, leave the start by your assigned out time. Follow the route instructions to the end. Results will be emailed after all teams have completed the course. Saturday evening at 7 pm there will be a Zoom rally debrief meeting. Take advantage of the Zoom meetings to ask questions.
