You must cancel by 7am of the event day to ensure full refunds. All other exceptions subject to the discretion of the Board. Prompt communication is the most important factor.
Meeting point on East side of Rantoul Plaza (Old Rural King lot). Short mid-rally stop at Dollar General in Rankin (no fuel).
End Point at Agave Mexican Restaurant in Rantoul, IL.
Total rally distance is about 80-90 miles and DOES INCLUDE gravel roads, plan accordingly.
Daily Schedule, subject to change due to circumstances
- Rally prep and car tech: 12:00pm
- Registration: 12:00pm-12:30pm
- Drivers Meeting: 12:30pm
- First Car Off: 1:00pm
- Trophies at Rantoul Agave approx. 5:00pm
Entry Fees:
$25 per car (Driver and Navigator)
Classes:
- Unlimited - Any tools or software allowed
- Seat-of-Pants - Stock odometer, calculator, stopwatch, and clipboard
- Novice - Less than 5 Rallies combined between Driver and co-driver
We need at least 4 teams by 4pm on Thursday, September 18th or the event may be canceled. Please sign up early!
A Time-Speed-Distance (TSD) rally is a precision-driving competition with a driver and co-driver team on public roads where teams try to follow a set route and arrive at secret checkpoints at exact times, rather than racing to go as fast as possible. If you have any questions, please email us!

Event requirements
Basic Event Guidelines and Safety
- A valid drivers license is required in order to participate, please bring drivers license with you to registration. Temporary permits are allowed if parent/guardian remains present while driving.
- All vehicles must pass safety inspection on the following points prior to running: working seat belts, lights, turn signals, brakes, horn, tires, mirrors, windshield wipers and windshield washers.
- Minors must have a signed waiver. If there are 2 parents/legal guardians they both need to either sign it while being witnessed by registration or have a notary sign it saying they witnessed the signature. One parent/legal guardian must be onsite for the entire event. If on a learner's permit, the parent can either ride along with the student or give written permission to have an instructor ride with them instead.
