CART in Karts 2 at Pioneer Vally

Time for more CART in KARTS at Pioneer Valley Indoor Karting in Hatfield, Massachusetts!

Prepare for another year of CART in Karts!  This will be a similar format to last year and a similar points structure for the year.  $45 dollars to enter into the league.  The league will be divided into 3 sessions.  Except if you win your C or B main then you will transfer up to the next heat up from you!  

1. Qualifying
   1. This session will be judging lap time for placement into the heats.  A similar format to how the CART Time Trial records laps at the end of the day.  A few karts will be spaced out and given a few laps to set a fast lap.
2. Heat Races
   1. This second session will be a single file start for position.
   2. The finishers will be slotted into their respective main based on finishing position
3. Mains
   1. This 25 lap race is the final and the points paying race
   2. The transfer spot is awarded to the winners of C main and B main and a win in those mains will promote the driver to the next main up.
      1. Win C get put at the tail end of the B main
      2. Win B get put at the tail end of the A main

• Current CART members arrive early can purchase races at a discount.  Coaching will be available to those who want more speed!

Cost: 

• $45 at the venue

Weight Balancing:

• Karts will be weight balanced to 50lbs more than the lightest driver
