EVENT DATES -
October 24th, 25th, 26th - 2024
- As in the past we're going to start the event Thursday evening for our meet and greet
- We will be driving the Friday and Saturday
- Sunday Morning will be free to do as you'd like (drive more roads, visit friends or other small towns, eat, drink, rest...or simply head home before the week starts Monday morning)

WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU ONCE REGISTRATION AND FINAL PAYMENT ARE MADE. THE LAUNCH POINT, HOTEL LOCATION AND SPECIFIC DETAILS WILL THEN BE SENT TO VIA EMAIL.

We will be arriving Thursday afternoon sometime before check in at hotel (we will have a more specific time closer to the event).
Free time - 4:00pm - 6:30pm
Event check in - 6:30pm -
Meet and Greet - 6:30pm - 8:30pm
Drivers meeting - 8:30am
Rally launch time - 9:00AM
Approximate morning drive time - 2.5 - 3 HOURS
Lunch stop - 12:00PM - 1:30PM
Approximate afternoon drive time - 2.5 - 3 HOURS
Return to hotel/home base - 4:30PM - 5:30PM
Friday night live get together - 7:00PM - 9:00PM
