Event requirements
Tech Inspection: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. Before getting into the Tech line, remove all loose articles from the interior and trunk of the vehicle. This includes floor mats that are not fastened to the carpets. All removable wheel covers must be removed.
Mandatory Driver’s Meetings at: 8:00 a.m. and 12:40p.m. You must attend the driver’s meeting to drive. Novices must be present for the all drivers meetings and will not be admitted after morning meeting.
Cost, Membership and Identification
The entry fee is $165 and Co-driver Registration entry fee is $100. You must be a current BMW ACA Portland, BMW CCA, PCA, Mini, or Tri-Club member to register for the event. BMW ACA Club annual membership fee is $40.
A Club Membership I.D., a valid driver’s license, and insurance card carrier/policy numbers are required.
Cancellation Policy for HPDE Events
We will accept cancellations up to the registration deadline and you will receive a credit towards another DE event in the same calendar year (if we can fill your spot for the event). If not, then there is no credit.
We reserve the right to reassign the run group you are in based on our judgment of your experience and vehicle capabilities.

Roll bars or factory rollover protection is required for convertibles, T-tops and open cars. Brakes must be in good condition with fresh brake fluid recommended. Tires must be in good condition and properly inflated. Wheel bearings and all suspension components must be in good condition. Wheel lugs should be tightened to manufacturer’s specs. The battery must be secure in the vehicle. A securely mounted (interior) 1A10BC fire extinguisher is highly recommended.
The driver and passenger MUST wear a combination seat belt/shoulder belt. A maximum of one passenger will be allowed per car in the Advanced, Instructor and Intermediate_A groups only. No one under 18 is allowed on the track or in any hazardous areas. All minors must have a signed release.
Helmets are Mandatory: Acceptable helmets are SNELL rated SA or M 2000 or later (Snell sticker must be inside the helmet). DOT Helmets are not acceptable.
