BMW CCA MotorFest 13

Mint Lake

About this event

Calling All BMW Owners!

Mark your calendars for Sunday, September 11th, 2022, for the 13th-annual BMW Northwest MotorFest, presented by the Oregon/SW Washington Chapter of the BMW Car Club of America. For 2022, MotorFest will be returning to an old favorite, Mint Lake in Yacolt, Washington (just north of Vancouver) which is a private lake with plenty of room for our BMWs to spread out and show off! MotorFest13 is open to all BMW owners, club members and non-members alike.

Pack your coolers with your favorite food and beverages for the bring-your-own-picnic (BYOP), enjoy the shade under our giant party tent, and settle into the MotorFest vibe, as you reconnect with friends old and new and admire the amazing collection of BMWs, from classic to contemporary. This year’s featured BMW Corral will showcase the epic BMW Z series!

With a variety of music, a vendor row featuring many of our sponsors, and the highly anticipated BMW Oregon CCA Charity raffle, MotorFest13 is the must-attend BMW event of the year!

For 2022, the BMW CCA Oregon/SW Washington Chapter is proud to partner with NW Battle Buddies as its charity raffle beneficiary.

This year’s featured sponsors include Boyd Motor Werks, BMW of Salem, Country Financial, Prestige NW Auto Detail, Hooked On Driving, Holman BMW, Heel & Toe Apparel, European Motorwerks, and WheelKraft NW. For $1 per ticket (or 25 tickets for $20), you will have a chance to win amazing raffle items, such as; a Valentine V1 Gen2 radar detector, Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating package from Prestige NW Auto Detail, a day at a Hooked on Driving HPDE, detailing packages, BMW services, Heel & Toe gift certificates, BMW gear, and much more!

For those current BMW CCA members wanting a fun Sunday Drive before MotorFest 13 begins at 11am, there will be a morning drive thru Ridgefield/Woodland/Yacolt leaving from Ilani Casino in Ridgefield and taking some fun, twisty backroads to the MotorFest 13 site at Mint Lake. For those registered BMW owners not joining the group drive, you can go directly to the MotorFest site for an 11am-12:30pm arrival & check-in at Mint Lake.

And returning to this year's MotorFest will be crowd favorite WheelKraft NW, who will be on site with their fleet of mobile wheel repair vehicles to take care of your unintended wheel scuffs! WheelKraft NW will be providing wheel repair services on-site between 11am and 2pm for $100 per wheel. Cash transactions and advanced reservations only. Email janette@bmworegoncca.com to reserve an on-site time slot to have those rollers brought back to life!

Please note: bring cash for all on-site transactions! We will have a Square card reader to process debit and credit card purchases, but weak cellular signal may cause slow processing times. Cash will be faster!

Please join us and be part of this annual tradition to celebrate the 13th Anniversary of MotorFest with friends (and BMWs!) old and new!

Remember: This registration page is for current BMW CCA members for $25 per BMW. If you are NOT a current BMW CCA member with a valid BMW CCA membership #, please go to http://msreg.com/MotorFest13nm to register.
