BMW CCA Club Race School Hosted by Bluegrass Bimmers at National Corvette Museum Motorsport Park

2015 BimmerWorld BMW CCA Club Racing School hosted by the BMW CCA Bluegrass Bimmers Chapter at National Corvette Museum Motorsports Park, May 15, 16, and 17. This is 3 days on the 3.2 mile NCM Grand Full Course, featuring 23 turns including “Faux Rouge” and “the Sinkhole”, with an awesome combination of both high speed and technical elements.
This school is open to advanced drivers who are looking to safely improve their driving skills and encounter new experiences that are required to operate at the next level. Successful completion of this school will qualify you to apply for your BMWCCA Club Racing License and is recognized by many additional sanctioning bodies. A candidate for this school can be one who has been driving in the top student run groups for several events (including driving solo), current instructors, and prior Club Race School participants and graduates. All candidates’ driving history and references will be reviewed prior to acceptance.
This highly structured school will be conducted in a non-contact environment, limited to 25 participants, and will feature an experienced team of racing drivers and professional instructors who are there to guide you in taking the next step in your driving career. The entry fee of $649 includes a total of 10 classroom instruction sessions and 10 on-track sessions. This event is intended to assist experienced drivers in getting a taste of what racing is all about and qualify graduates to apply for their racing license. Your vehicle does not need to be a BMW, nor be a complete race car. Street and track cars with driving school level of safety preparation are accepted, but it is recommended that you utilize all the safety equipment that you and your car have at all times. You will be responsible to self-tech.

The Host Hotel will be at the Hampton Inn Bowling Green, located at 233 Three Springs Road, Bowling Green, KY 42104 Phone: (270) 842-4100
This is a preferred hotel for the track and they negotiated a reduced rate of $109 (down from $149.00). With all local taxes it will come to $123.63 a night. We currently have the whole hotel blocked for our use.

This is also a preferred hotel for the track and they negotiated a reduced rate with all local taxes will come to $95.27 a night.
Event requirements
Please read these rules carefully before registering.
• APPLICATIONS MUST BE MADE ON -LINE AT WWW.MOTORSPORTREG.COM
• USE A SEPARATE APPLICATION FOR EACH DRIVER.
• OPENINGS WILL BE FILLED BASED IN ORDER OF RECEIPT.
• CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED PRIOR TO MAY 1, 2015 WILL BE ALLOWED AND REFUNDED. CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED AFTER THAT WILL BE REFUNDED ONLY IF YOUR SPACE CAN BE FILLED WITH ANOTHER STUDENT. ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A $50 ADMINISTRATIVE FEE. (Note: On the days of the driving school, students whose cars do not pass the track-side inspection will not be allowed on the track and no refunds will be made.)
• RENTAL CARS, CONVERTIBLES, T-TOPS, AND OPEN-WHEEL CARS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED.
• SNELL 2005 (SA OR M) OR NEWER HELMETS REQUIRED .
• ALL PARTICIPANTS, GUESTS, FAMILY MEMBERS, STAFF AND SPECTATORS WILL BE REQUIRED TO SIGN A LIABILITY WAIVER BEFORE BEING ALLOWED INTO THE TRACK PROPERTY.
• THE BLUEGRASS BIMMERS CHAPTER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY APPLICATION.
• ALL STUDENTS MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE AND HAVE A CURRENT DRIVER'S LICENSE.
• PLEASE NOTE: YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY PROPERTY DAMAGE TO THE FACILITY CAUSED BY YOU WHILE ATTENDING THE DRIVER SCHOOL, INCLUDING WHILE IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER VEHICLE BEING OPERATED BY YOU. ATTENTION WILL BE PAID TO THE PADDOCK SURFACE. JACKS AND JACK STANDS MUST HAVE PLYWOOD UNDER THEM TO PROTECT THE NEW ASPHALT SURFACE. ANY FUELING SHOULD HAVE A CATCH PAN BELOW THE CAR.
