Boxster Wash - Breakfast on your own - Timberlake open for breakfast Enjoy day with a group drive routed on some of the greatest roads in Blue Ridge Mountains and entire US to special lunch spot (included) Select desired time slot for group departure. Lunch (included) at select BRBS location (destination provided w final itinerary for registrants - arrive at your group's leisure) Enjoy – mountain return drive or explore BRP, Blowing Rock shops & more, 'The Blowing Rock', etc. and meander back. Boxster Wash - Breakfast on your own - Timberlake open for breakfast BRBS Show & Shine – 15 P-cars will be selected / displayed lakeside Choose a Saturday Group Fun Run: Boone & Banner Elk - Enjoy drives to downtown historic Boone, NC & Banner Elk, NC with group including lunch (self pay), and visit Mast General Store, Turchin Center Visual Arts, App State, Daniel Boone Native Gardens, and more Trails of Legends & Adventures - For early risers! Visit very western edge NC and entrance to Great Smokey Mountain National Park via home of Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians (only one in NC) in Cherokee, NC. Shop in town, lunch (self pay) or visit Harrah's Cherokee Casino to try your luck! House of Microbrews - NC is home to 400+ micro-breweries - your leader selected 3 favorites hidden in wNC lunch & any samples (self pay)! Perry's Berry's – Nestled near Lake James, enjoy one NC's favorite berry farms on scenic drives to / from. Lunch & sampling (self pay - selections provide prior), delicious ice cream, wine, hard ciders and more. Event requirements
*** SPECIAL NOTICE *** BRBS 2026 is being hosted in Blowing Rock, NC 28605 - Event Registrations are ON-HOLD and you will be notified when confirmed due to dining / event capacity limits. Valid payment method (Visa, Mastercard, ACH, or Discover) is due in order to HOLD your registration. If your registration is not confirmed for event you will be issued full refund. We look forward to seeing you back in the NC Blue Ridge Mountains!
ACCOMODATIONS - UPON EVENT REGISTRATION, YOU WILL BE PROVIDED DISCOUNT CODE AND LINK TO ARRANGE LODGING AT OUR HOST RESORT EITHER THEIR MAIN LODGE OR 1, 2, or 3 BEDROOM CONDOS ON SITE! ROOM OPTIONS ARE PLENTIFUL AND RATES ARE SHARPEST WE'VE EXPERIENCED IN YEARS!

BRBS #24 Event Experience is $665 per person which includes: Thurs - Reception, and Dinner, Friday - Event, Lunch, Reception, and Dinner, Saturday - Event, Reception, and Theme Dinner along with: one day admission (your choice Thurs, Fri, Sat, or Sun) to The Blowing Rock, a Regional Charity Donation, Event T-shirt and Other Swag Materials. Pricing for a la carte activities selected is collected as part of event registration unless noted as 'self-pay' or 'pay on site'.
