If you are under the age of 19 and you are a driver, worker or crew who needs to go into a restricted area (Anywhere inside Track perimeter fence - Pit Lane, Flag Stations, Sound, etc.) you must have a current annual minor waiver on file with SCCA. This additional requirement for those aged 18 is unique to the State of Alabama. There is no work around for minor waivers. Even if both parents are present, the waiver must be acted upon by National to be effective. Single parents with sole custody adds even more paperwork.
