ARPCA 2015 ALL Member Dinner

Cost: $60 each - (plus cash bar) includes a delicious buffet meal with the following:

Appetizers:

• mini grilled cheese with bacon, cheddar and tomato
• vegetable crudite with roasted garlic hummus
• chicken satay with Thai peanut sauce
• mushroom & brie bruschetta

Buffet:

• Willow green salad
• baked ziti with Pomodoro sauce and mozzarella
• almond cranberry chicken
• green beans with lemon brown butter
• fingerling potatoes
• top round of beef with bordelaise sauce and horseradish cream
