About this event
Please join us on Saturday morning September 19th at the Hunger Task Force Farm in Franklin Wisconsin to harvest apples for the needy. This is a fun, energizing event and a great opportunity to get out with some of your Milwaukee-PCA friends. We’ll start the day out with a swig of coffee then enjoy an open wagon tour of the 210 acre farm, then head out to the orchard to get to work. Returning we'll assist in the unloading of the apples at the farm warehouse and have a fun “guess the weight” contest. Finally we will enjoy a Cousin’s picnic lunch at the Farm’s picnic area. It is not mandatory, but please bring donations to HTF via checks or cash.
