The Post-Holiday Party is planned for Saturday, January 17th, 2026 at Fogo de Chao Brazilian Steakhouse, 525 Smithfield St., Pittsburgh 15222 (downtown), beginning at 6:00 p.m. Attendees will be treated to The Full Churrasco experience, a Brazilian dinner featuring multiple cuts of beef, lamb, pork and chicken carved tableside from a large skewer. Brazilian sides will accompany your dinner. Additionally, the Market Table, more than an ordinary salad bar, will be available to us throughout the event. A colorful palate of ingredients inspired by Brazilian farmlands and recipes that are traditional Southern Brazilian cuisine, the Market Table includes bean and grain salads, charcuterie, smoked salmon, aged cheeses, exotic fruits, rice, black beans and black pepper candied bacon!
One drink ticket for each attendee is included with your paid entry fee of $55.00. The Chapter is subsidizing an equal amount of the cost. The venue will validate on-site parking.
Attendance is limited to the first 42 people who register on MSR. Don't miss this fabulous dinner!
