Your registration for the BEMC 71st LATE SUMMER TROPHY RACES has been received.

Please ignore any messages about fees or payments - there is of course no fee charged to volunteers for working the event :)

If you have not completed the 2026 CASC Ontario Region Road Racing Annual Waiver, please use this link to complete it: SpeedWaiver. Once completed, please save it as a screenshot and have it ready to present when you check in at Registration.

You will need to complete registration in person to receive your pass before working at the event. When signing in at registration please remember that you must :

bring photo ID to be shown at the registration
show proof that you have signed SpeedWaiver - you will not be send an automatic link to sign the waiver this year.
confirm the emergency contact information on your MotorsportReg account is up to date
indicate whether that person will be at the track for the event
update this information if it changes before participating in the event

All passes must be picked up in person. Registration will be open during the following hours:
Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm (may be open earlier)
Saturday: 6:30am - Noon (will be closing promptly at Noon)
Sunday: 7:3-am - 11:00am (will be closing promptly at 11:00am)
