EVENT #4 @ Watkins Glen IS HOSTED BY Trans-AM
There are NO testing Sessions at this event.

FRP Classes and Run Groups are F1600/F1600 Masters & F2000/FCCS/Atlantic & FE-2
FCCS Drivers: You will run in the F2000/Atlantic Run group as your own class, and Not be eligible for FRP's podium or Prize $.
If you desire to be eligible for Podium & Prize $, register as an F2000.

FRP RUN groups will operate under FRP rules,
operated by FRP Stewards and staff

F1600 & F1600 Masters will each have their own podium.

Atlantic 016 & Open classes will remain in their respective classes and Atlantic Championships.
- Eligible Cars:
Atlantic 016 All unrestricted Swift 016's No restrictor or air box required; 8,200 hard rev limit;14:1 compression; 1,420 lbs
Atlantic Open: All (Non Swift 016) cars per the current SCCA GCR section(s) 9.1.1.A.
Other cars may be allowed at the discretion of the Race Director
F2000, FCCS & Atlantic will run together at Road Atlanta.

New for 2026, All FRP RUN GROUPS, we will have the following session format, each contained in a 30 min block:
P1, P2, Q, HEAT RACE 1. HEAT RACE 2, CHAMPIONSHIP RACE.

Grid for Heat Race 1 (HR1) will be determined by best time from the Qualifying Session.
Grid for Heat Race 2 (HR2) will be determined by best time from HR1
Grid for the Championship Race will be determined by best time from either HR1 or HR2.

POINTS for the Season Championship will be awarded for all three races, weighted to the Championship Race. (See Points & Prize $ Schedule for each series)
PODIUM (Position 1-3) will only be held for the Championship Race.
PRIZE $ and Contingency Tires will be allocated only for the Championship Race,
paying down to 7th place - (minimum entry rules apply).
