With nearly 5 acres of complete flat, completely smooth, and completely unobstructed asphalt, the Jerry Sutton Public Safety Training Center is easily the best local venue HSCC has ever had access to. The 2026 Day Series will consist of 9 events. You must compete in a minimum of 5 events to be eligible for a championship trophy, which will be decided based on points scored in your best 5 events.

When registering, you only need to select a PAX if you are running in Pro class. Everyone else, including novices should select "None"

Entry Fees:

Event Day Important Information:

Everyone should plan to paddock your car up on the hill (see layout below). When you pull in, make a right, drive up the hill, and park on either side of the road. The bottom parking area is reserved for people with trailers or those setting up the event.

It can be difficult to hear the announcements up on the hill, so make sure you get to the driver’s meetings on time, as well as the novice walkthrough. The driver’s meeting will begin promptly at 10:00am (novice walkthrough at 9:30am). Everyone must be at the driver’s meetings or you will not be allowed to participate in the event.

Depending on the number of participants, we will divide the everyone into two ot three run groups. Everyone who participates in the event must also work.

For anyone new to the sport of autocross, we ask that you take a detailed look at our Novice Guide. If you need help or someone to ride along with you at the event, please find an officer or a novice chief to help you.

Additionally, if you DNF two or more times, you must have an officer or novice instructor ride along with you. You must listen to that instructor to ensure you navigate the course correctly. If you cannot demonstrate that you can navigate the course in a safe manner, you will be asked to park your car.

Spectator Policy

At the Jerry Sutton Public Safety Training Center in Franklin, NC, people are not allowed to spectate around the border of the course pavement. There will be a limited spectator area at the starting area, but absolutely no one will be allowed near the finish area. Participants and non-driver family/friends are allowed to be with cars and trailers in the paddock areas. If someone is strictly spectating and is not a family/friend member who came with a driver, they must remain outside the fenced area.
