Entry fees paid online will be charged to your card on September 23, 2026.

All requests for refunds must be received by email (raceregistrar@casc.on.ca) no later than Monday October 5, 2026. Please include on the subject line: 2026 Celebration - Refund Request.

Please note that you will not be allowed into the Park before Thursday October 1 at 5:30pm if you have registered for the Test Day. If you are not registered for the Test Day, you may not be allowed into the Park until you have signed in for the event. Registration for the event may be open earlier than the posted time.

Please be respectful to the Gate Staff.

When registering at the event you need to present:

your competition licence
show proof of signing the Annual SpeedWaiver for CASC-OR Road Racing (waiver available here: https://casc.speedwaiver.com)

Remember that you are responsible to ensure that

the emergency contact information on your MotorsportReg account is up to date
that you have correctly indicated whether that person will be at the track for the event
that you will update this information if it changes before participating in the event

Your entry will be verified and you'll be on your way.

Ensure that your crew members and guests are correctly listed - only those crew members and guests listed will be given a credential (wristband). Your crew and guests when registering at the event need to show proof of signing the Annual SpeedWaiver for CASC-OR Road Racing (waiver available here: https://casc.speedwaiver.com) . The waiver only has to be signed once for 2026.

REMEMBER: PASSES MAY ONLY BE PICKED UP IN PERSON DURING THE HOURS THAT REGISTRATION IS OPEN - PLEASE ENSURE THAT EVERYONE WHO WILL BE PICKING UP PASSES ARE AWARE!

Tentative hours Registration hours are:
Friday: 4:00pm - 8:30pm (may be open earlier)
Saturday: 6:30am - Noon (will be closing promptly at Noon)
Sunday: 7:30am - 11:00am (will be closing promptly at 11am)

Test Day Information:
There is a Test Day on Friday October 2 which is run by Canadian Tire Motorsport Park. For any information regarding the Test Day, please contact: info@ctmpark.com
