SIGN-IN:

7:00-8:00am
Everyone at the event must sign the waiver(s) handed out and receive a wrist band as confirmation, which must be worn at all times

TECH INSPECTION:

All Vehicles must be in the paddock by 8AM ready to pass inspection. We will implement a hard cut off at the gate for entries at 8AM.
This gives our techs enough time to complete their job and have time to prepare themselves as well. Inspection as follows:
• Working seat belts.
• Throttle return action.
• Securely mounted battery.
• No fluid leaks. Oil, coolant, etc.
• Adequate clutch (if applicable) & firm brake pedal.
• Tires must have measurable thread and be in good condition.
• Wheel bearings must have no play.
• NO loose items anywhere in car or trunk.
• Closed toe shoes are required (no sandals or flip-flops).
• Helmets are required (Snell M2010/SA2010 or newer). Loaner helmets may be available.

Please have your car emptied (including floor mats!), numbers applied, unlocked, hood open, and trunk open for the inspectors.

EVENT SCHEDULE:

7:00-8:30am
While your car is in tech, walk the course! You do not need to hang around your car during tech.
Your hood will be shut and a sticker will be put on your windshield when complete and passed.

Track is hot! First car on course.

Everybody gets 6 runs in the morning

We usually provide a lunch and drinks

6 more runs in the afternoon for a total of 12 per driver that day!

WORK ASSIGNMENTS

ALL participants are required to work. The assignments (run/work groups) will be posted on our website & the Facebook page before race day.
Corner Workers with more experience may be asked to be "Corner Captains" and could be in charge of radios and flagging.
Use of cell phones, cameras or other devices by corner workers is prohibited. Further information will be provided at end of Drivers' Meeting
