Come join us at Waterford Hills (Oakland County Sportsmen Club, 4770 Waterford Rd., Clarkston, MI 48346) for an opportunity to enjoy an event which is a little more laid back than a typical race weekend. No matter what your specialty or experience level, we could use a helping hand.

Both experienced and novice Volunteers are welcome.

While supporting an OTD is like a regular race weekend, there are the differences which will be explained at the morning meeting.
Plan to arrive by 9:00am and check in with Lena at the paddock entrance before the meeting.
The morning meeting is at 9:15 am to give everyone time for announcements, updates, assignments, etc.
Bring your usual gear.
Dress for the conditions of the day in layers as needed. White or light colors (no reds). Long leg pants, comfortable closed toed shoes are mandatory.
Flaggers drive to the corners for OTDs.
Lunches and drinks will be provided each day.
The event days end no later than 6:00pm.
