Schedule/Arrival:

Please arrive at the show before 11:00 a.m. on Friday, March 6. We’ll have a quick volunteer meeting at the Classic Motorsports booth, located near the entrance of the show. You can view a map and directions at this link:

Please arrive before 11:00 am, as we’ll be on a tight schedule. Parking is available on side streets around the show; the field is only for cars entered in the show.

Duties:

We’ll primarily need help parking cars in their spaces. Each car will be assigned to a block based on its country of origin, and will have a color-coded sticker on its windshield. Cars without stickers should be directed to will-call to resolve things away from show traffic.

Your job will be to direct each car to its proper block, then guide the owners into parking spaces. We anticipate having all cars parked by 1:00 pm, after which you’re free to return your safety vests and enjoy the show as spectators.

Free entry for your car in the show:

We'll automatically refund the price paid for one vehicle entry once you've checked in for your volunteer shift at the 11:00 volunteer meeting. Just make sure you sign up to volunteer with the same MotorsportReg account that you used to register for the show.

If you have a car in the show:

If your classic car is entered in the show, please drive it to the 11:00 am volunteer meeting. We’ll park it in the correct location immediately after the meeting.
