Thank you for purchasing your 2026 Entry Fee package! For those who purchase a package early, your credit card will be charged on April 30, 2026.

Please note that you are not able to transfer any part of your pre-purchase to another competitor. If you would like to change the events that you want to attend this will be allowed as long as you notify the CASC-OR Registrar, by email, prior to Registration opening at the track for the event that you will not be attending or switching to. Note: if you make this request on the Friday, your email may not be read until after Registration closes on the Friday.

You will be automatically registered for the events that you have selected according to the information provided by your pre-purchase registration. You will have to update any crew and guest information for each event on the event registration form. If you wish to add an additional class you will have to update your event registration and make the appropriate payment.

If at the end of season, you were not able to attend all of the events that you purchased you may request a refund of unused portion, by email, to the CASC-OR Race Registrar, no later than the Monday October 5, but you will forfeit all of the discounts provided by the pre-purchase. Example, if you purchased the 4 event package and you were only able to attend 3 events, your possible refund would be $350 (3 event fees of $750 each less net payment received of $2,600). Refunds will not be provided without a request being received by email.

Please remember that you are still required to check in at each event to receive your credential and any event information.

Remember that you are responsible to ensure that for each event the following is correct:

the emergency contact information on your MotorsportReg account is up to date
that you have correctly indicated whether that person will be at the track for the event
that you will update this information if it changes before participating in the event
