~~You must cancel by before registration closes on Thursday August 13th at noon. To cancel, simply navigate to your event dashboard at motorsportreg.com.~~

Payment will be processed after registration closes. If you cancel prior to the close of registration you will not be charged. If you cancel AFTER the close of registration, or you do not show up, no refund or credit will be given.

~~No Show/Late Cancellations~~

Our events sell out quickly with long wait lists and it's not fair to our other members who miss out or work double to cover for no shows. Those who cancel late or do not show up may not be welcome at future events.

Wait List

We accept a maximum of 50 drivers. Everyone registering will automatically be placed on the waitlist. As spots free up, we will move people from the waitlist in the order you registered. Everyone will be notified of their status after the close of registration. You may check your status at any time by logging in to Motorsportreg.com and looking at your event dashboard. If you wish to be taken off the waitlist, please cancel your registration.

Directions
To get to the event, please follow these directions:

From 495 take exit 30 (Route 2A/110) and turn toward Ayer.
From either direction, you will make a left turn onto Route 2A. You will follow Route 2A all the way to the Devens airport entrance.
You will go through a rotary about 5.5 miles from 495. Continue on 2A which is the second exit in the rotary (straight across, just past the McDonald’s).
You will then go about 1 mile and be in the center of downtown Ayer. Route 2A will take a right turn just past the main business district; there will be a Mobil station on your left at that corner.
Travel about a half mile to a fork in the road. Bear left to remain on Route 2A.
You will pass Shop N Save Market on your left. Go an additional half mile beyond the market.
Take a left at a sign for a State Police barracks. You’ll pass a sentry gate at the entrance to the Moore Airfield.
Immediately bear left and continue up the hill towards the airport tower. This will take you into the autocross site.

~~Gates open at 7:00 AM.~~
~~You must show your membership card and license at the gate and sign the waiver.~~
~~Do not paddock past the line of cones. We will be double gridding.~~
Drivers Meeting will be between 8:00 and 8:15 a.m. All participants must attend the Driver’s Meeting. Failure to do so will result in not running for the day. Please do NOT be late.
~~After the Drivers’ Meeting you will immediately walk the course.~~
~~After the course walk, get ready to run or to work~~
~~We’ll start runs around 9:00 AM.~~

This is an all-day event. You are required to work in both the morning and the afternoon. If you miss your work assignment, you will be disqualified from the event. While working on the course, there is no sitting, taking pictures or chatting in groups. If we see you do that, you will only get ONE reminder for the day and it will be a very stern one. Safety is a priority! We reserve the right to discharge anyone from the event who creates unsafe conditions.

~~Under no circumstances are guests, non-registered persons, allowed to drive during the event.~~ Guests are currently not allowed. Please see COVID 19 guidelines.
~~Remind your guests that they are not allowed to walk anywhere near the course~~.Guests are currently not allowed.
~~No one under 16 years old is allowed as a passenger. No backseat passeng~~ers.
Drones or anything resembling a drone ARE NOT permitted at any Boston BMW CCA Autocross event.
A link for the live timing will be sent the morning of the event.
VERY IMPORTANT: Do NOT speed around town. Cops are everywhere in the area. If you get caught doing stupid things around town, you will be asked to leave the event. Speed limit at the site is 5 MPH, except when you are running of course.
Lunch – order it with us or bring your own, but please, please don’t leave the base. We only take 30 minutes for lunch. That is not enough time to be back for your work assignments.

Please bring plenty of fluids; you can become dehydrated even when it is cool and cloudy.

We do run in the rain; we will stop if there is lightning. Please bring rain gear and a tarp or bin etc. for all the items you need to take out of your car. You need to come prepared to brave the elements. Bring rain gear and warm clothing if weather warrants it. Also, there is no running water at the site.

There are port-a-potty facilities on site. Utilize ONLY these facilities for your on-site bathroom needs.

Tech Inspections

Take everything out of your car and put your numbers on.
Snell, ESC 2010 or newer helmets are required and must be in the car for Tech Inspection.
Form two lines in the center of the paddock for tech inspection
Cars with annual inspection stickers are subject to random inspections.

NOVICES: Currently we are unable to offer instructors, therefore we cannot accept First-timers (anyone with less than 5 events).

We have incredible instructors. You will be REQUIRED to use them!! Please turn your car's flashers as soon as you get in line for your run. Also, most drivers will be happy to allow you to passenger with them, to help you out. Just ask for a ride and be ready with your helmet. No backseat passengers allowed, and novices are not allowed to have non-instructor passengers.
