Cascade Sports Car Club's (CSCC) 2024 Festival of Endurance
This race is sanctioned by ICSCC, under the 2024 regulations as a non-championship race, organized by the Cascade Sports Car Club and held at Portland International Raceway, Portland, Oregon. This is a non chicane event. Race Chair Chris Heinrich 503-690-0939 may be reached until 10:00 pm.

** The first 10 teams to enter the 2/4/8 will be charged a $200 non-refundable deposit on 9/12/2024 or may elect to change to the regular early pricing of $929 and then be eligible for the normal cancellation policy as outlined in Section 19 of the Supplemental Regulations.
Accepted Competition Licenses: ICSCC ARR/IRR/ENDURO, SCCA, NASA, SOVREN, or FIA/ASN. Other Competition Licenses may also be accepted with prior approval.
ICSCC Enduro License Application - For those needing a license for this event (must have prior racing/track experience)
Important Notice: This race will be run from the North Paddock. Track entrance and crossings TBD so watch for emails!
The Pedestrian Bridge is open on Saturday from 7am to end of day

The concession stand will be closed, so you are on your own for food and drink. There is no fuel available onsite except for what is provided by Armadillo Racing or there is a CHEVRON station less than a mile from the track

- If you do not already have one, create an account on MotorsportReg.com after reading these steps.
- Once logged in, click "My Account" at the top right.
- Review your vehicle(s) making sure to enter your preferred car numbers and your transponder number.
- Enter your medical information for the Ambulance/Life Support crew.
- If you already have an account, please be sure your profile contains your club affiliation & competition license type.
- Now return to this page and enter the event and pay online.

Transponder numbers are required for all race cars. If you do not have a transponder listed in your vehicle profile, you must provide the number at Registration. If you don't own a transponder, you may rent one for the weekend from Registration by selecting that item when you register.
Remember to come to on-site Registration with your competition license and government or province issued current driver's license. Registration is in the CENTER room on the second floor of the Paddock Tower.
NON-ICSCC LICENSEHOLDERS, WE WELCOME YOUR PARTICIPATION! Please review the following:
Any non-ICSCC licensed competitor entered in a Conference race must present his/her credentials to the ICSCC License Director prior to entering the race course. The following minimum requirements must be met before a non-ICSCC license holder may compete in an ICSCC race:
A. Must hold a valid equivalent competition license issued by CACC, SCCA, NASA or FIA/ASN. Licenses of other sanctioning bodies may be honored at the discretion of the License Director.
B. Must have proof of competing in at least two (2) races in the current/or prior season.
C. Must hold a current valid driver’s license issued State, Province, and/or other sovereign nation.
D. Must be a minimum of sixteen (16) years of age. Minors (under 18), please reach out to the race registrar - registrar@cascadesportscarclub.org, well in advance of the event to ensure the appropriate waiver policy is explained.
How the Online Payment works: Your credit card will not be charged until after our event has begun. A pre-authorization check is done electronically to confirm validity and capacity of your account by MSR.com, much like a hotel might do. The pre-authorization should fall off your account in 24-72 hours depending on the practices of your bank card provider. DEBIT CARD USERS, you can use your card on MSR.com, but you should treat the pre-authorization as a debit until the "hold" is dropped by your bank.
Offline payment may be made by check or cash at on-site Registration.
