THIS IS YOUR CONFIRMATION FOR PHOTOGRAPHER/ VIDEOGRAPHER CREDENTIALS.

1) You MUST complete in-person registration at the track. Please come to Registration at the East end of 2nd floor of the North Paddock Tower to obtain your event credentials. Valid Weekend or Annual SCCA Membership is required. Credentials are non-transferable.

2) Morning meetings are at 8:00AM at the base of the North Paddock Tower. Registration will open at 7:30AM in the North Paddock Tower (East end, 2nd floor). Please allow plenty of time to ensure your on-site registration is complete prior to the meeting.

Event Photo/Video vests will be issued at the conclusion of the meeting. Official event vests only, you may not bring your own. All credentialed photographers wishing to shoot trackside must attend one of the mandatory meetings to be issued a photographer's vest. Photo/video vests are assigned to you and may not be shared or worn by others. You are not allowed to be trackside without wearing an official photo/video vest.

3) Returning Photo/Video vests: Photo/Video vests must be returned to Registration (East end of the 2nd floor in the North Paddock Tower). Vests may be returned anytime during the weekend but must be returned no later than 30 minutes after the final event. (You may keep vest Saturday night if you’re positive you will return on Sunday, otherwise it may be wise to return it on Saturday, so you don’t need to make a special trip to return it.)

Please review our photo/video guidelines and photo/video access maps to ensure you’re familiar with them prior to the event. Events have a strict “no-solicitation” policy regarding approaching drivers, crew, or teams to sell prints, digital images, video footage, etc.

Photo/video credentials are granted as a courtesy on a case-by-case basis and may be revoked at any time. Professional behavior is required at all times.
