Banquet Schedule

Friday, October 16 – AGM

• AGM begins at 6:00 PM
• Meeting will run until all business is completed

Saturday, October 17 – Fun Day & Banquet

Saturday – Fun Day 11:00AM - 2:00PM

• Join club members at Thorn Valley Ranch for a fun afternoon of games, activities, and challenges.
• Enter the Fun Day Challenges for $20 per person and take part in a variety of games and competitions.
• Music will be playing throughout the day as requested!
• Camping is available for $30 for one night or $40 for the full weekend.
• Make a weekend out of it! Campers are welcome to ride the property on Friday and sunday as part of their camping fee. 
• Please email Amy at amypie@mmm314.com to let them know if you want to camp or participate in the fun day! 

Banquet Evening

• 5:00 PM – Cocktails / Social
• 6:00 PM – Dinner & Banquet

Ticket Pricing

Early-Bird Pricing – Until October 1st

• Adults: $55
• Children: $25

Regular Pricing – October 2nd-October 9th (ticket sales will be closed after this and no longer able to purchase)

• Adults: $65
• Children: $30

We encourage everyone to purchase their tickets early to take advantage of the early-bird pricing.

Dinner

Dinner will be served buffet style and will include:

• Roast beef
• Chicken with mushroom sauce
• Assorted sides and accompaniments

The entire dinner will be gluten-free.

Bar & Refreshments will be cash on site

• 1 Complimentary drink of choice
• $4 drinks
• Pop is $1
• Juice is $1

Entertainment

• Music throughout the event
• Dance to follow after awards
